Save selected tabs or all eligible tabs
Choose individual eligible web tabs from the current browser window, or save all eligible HTTP and HTTPS tabs in that window. Browser-internal pages and other non-web URLs are excluded.
Keep tasks in named workspaces
Give each saved group a name that helps you recognize the task later. Use separate workspaces for different research sessions, projects, or reading tasks.
Add context with a note
Each workspace supports one optional note. Use it for a short reminder, what you were doing, or what you want to do next. You can edit the note later.
Restore tabs when you return
Use Restore to reopen the valid web URLs saved in a workspace. The extension reports how many tabs were restored.
Manage and back up workspaces
Delete workspaces you no longer need. Export saved workspace data as a JSON backup file that you can keep in your own storage.
Scope note: Version 1.0.0 does not include cloud sync, user accounts, AI features, workspace search, or JSON import. This website describes the current release rather than future possibilities.
Designed for a straightforward workflow
Afey Tabs is a small Chrome extension built around saving, noting, restoring, and exporting tab-based workspaces. It does not attempt to manage every part of a task or replace a full project-management tool.
